UK and International deliveries.
Prints.
For UK deliveries, we use Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard for all products. This service is fully tracked and delivered within 2-3 working days.
For international deliveries, we use Royal Mail Tracked and Signed and couriers DPD, UPS, Fed Ex and Parcelforce. This service is fully tracked, please allow between 5-14 days for delivery.
Please note that It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that someone is available to receive and sign for the purchased item at the delivery address provided. If the order is returned to us by the courier because the item could not be delivered or collected from their depot an additional postage charge will be required before we can re-supply the item.
Magazines & Zines.
For UK deliveries items are sent 2nd Class, Royal Mail Standard.
For International deliveries we use Royal Mail International Standard who use local third party services in different regions and areas.
In both instances there is no tracking number for those servies. However, significantly larger orders will be dispatched ‘tracked and signed for’ and a tracking number will be provided.
Please note that for EU orders tax is not included and there will be an additional charge beyond Lower Block’s control upon delivery. We advise you to check local rates before ordering and apologise in advance for any inconvenience.
Apparel.
Items are produced on demand. Production and shipping time is usually between 3-10 days in total. A tracking number will be provided.
Damaged orders and returns.
Prints.

In the unlikely event that there is a technical problem with our printing or the order is damaged in anyway, please email us (
hello@lowerblock.com) with an image attached of the item showing the issue and we will advise on what to do next. Please note that we can only help if we are informed about the issue within 14 days of delivery.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an order, you are eligible for a full refund within 14 working days of your order. Please email us (

Once the item has been returned in its original condition and packaging we will then issue an exchange or refund. Please keep proof of postage of the returned item and we advise using a tracked service or any returns. Please note our delivery costs are non-refundable.
Apparel.
Any issues (misprinted / damaged / defective items) must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Be aware that we may require a photo to be submitted with your problem report to begin a reshipment. It is always best to include photos with your initial problem report to avoid delays.
