Manchester United are celebrating one of the most iconic moments in the club’s history with the launch of the “Bring Back” collection — a faithful recreation of the legendary 1991 white adidas away kit and classic tracksuit. The collection honours United’s famous European Cup Winners’ Cup triumph in Rotterdam, a pivotal moment that helped shape decades of success under Sir Alex Ferguson.

In May 1991, United defeated Spanish giants Barcelona 2-1 at Feyenoord’s De Kuip Stadium in Rotterdam. Mark Hughes, who had previously played for Barcelona, scored both goals for the Reds in a memorable performance. Captain Bryan Robson, one of the club’s most revered figures, led United to victory that night and both feature prominently in the new collection’s launch photoshoot, appearing alongside current United stars to bridge the past and present.

The 1991 triumph signalled the arrival of a new era for Manchester United and a new generation of football supporters. Captivating images captured by renowned photographer Richard Davis showcased the jubilant scenes of United fans partying across Rotterdam, encapsulating the spirit of football in the early ’90s.
