When an order is placed, both Lower Block and the customer receive an email, describing the order, including delivery and billing details and the email address from which the order was placed.

This data is held within our Word Press / WooCommerce account, and Stripe account as record of the transaction.

Email addresses of subscribers to the Lower Block mailing list, are held within our Mailchimp account. If a person choses to unsubscribe their email address is automatically removed unless they chose to resubscribe.

Any data collected is used solely for the purposes mentioned above. All data is kept digitally and securely within Lower Block’s Word Press / WooCommerce / Stripe / MailChimp accounts under their legal policies.

Like everyone else – we are on Social Media. By following, liking or subscribing to Lower Block’s social channels those organisations are able to capture some demographical user information like; age, sex, location and nationality – which is shared with Lower Block.
